To view a seating chart, click here . All performances of “The Splendor of Christmas” will be held in the Sanctuary of Trinity Assembly of God. Performances will take place on Saturday, December 10th - 4:00PM; Friday, December 16th - 8:00PM; Saturday, December 17th - 4:00PM In the case of inclement weather where we would need to cancel a performance, an additional performance will be given on Tuesday, December 21 at 8:00pm. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Inclement weather updates regarding performances will be posted on our homepage, as well as on our phone messaging system, 410-821-6188x130. Radio announcements would also be made on WBAL–1090 AM. 2008 ticket prices are $18, $15 and $13 depending on seating selection Yes, all seats are reserved. No, you cannot. You can choose the pew or "row" that you desire to sit in,however, you cannot choose the exact seating position within that pew. Since the Trinity sanctuary has pews and not individual numbered theater seating, you choose the row you desire. The day of the performance, the seating position within the row is "first come, first serve." Doors will open one hour before each performance. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time. If you arrive after the performance begins, you must wait until intermission to be seated. Yes. Credit card transactions are processed with industry-standard security methods and credit card numbers are NOT stored in our system. No. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you cannot use your tickets for some reason, we suggest that you find someone else to give them to or donate them back to Trinity. YES! Feel free to print e-tickets at your computer and bring them to the performance for admission. If you selected e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery (only available for performance tickets), then those e-tickets are attached to your confirmation e-mail as PDF files. To print them, you must open them using Adobe Reader and print them on your home printer. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you may download it by clicking here . Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, our system will confirm your purchase with an email. If you chose e-tickets as your method of ticket delivery (only available for performance tickets), then those e-tickets are attached to your confirmation e-mail as PDF files. Once your order is complete, you may print your confirmation page using the print function of your browser. You will also receive a detailed copy of your order receipt to the e-mail address that you provided when checking out. Please be sure to check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail folders before contacting us if you do not receive your receipt in your e-mail. Yes, there is limited wheelchair seating available. All of our wheelchair seating is in the Floor and Terrace areas. Please note that accessibility to any seating area other than the Main Floor requires the use of stair steps. The balcony is not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. To reserve wheelchair seating, call the Ticket Office at 410-821-6188 x130. We STRONGLY recommend that very small children (infant – 3 years of age) be left with a babysitter. Sitting quietly through an entire 2 hour performance can be extremely difficult for very young children. Every person (including children) in attendance must have a purchased ticket for admission. The flashes from cameras, as well as the power/recording light on video cameras are distracting to the performers and can actually be dangerous for them. Matinees are the most popular. Seating availability is always better on Friday and Saturday evenings. This year’s performance has been adjusted to 2 hours in length which includes an intermission. Strobe lights, fog, loud noises and other special effects are used during the performance. The TICKET OFFICE, located inside Trinity Assembly of God , is open during the following hours: October 4th-December 9th, Tuesdays and Thursday 11am-4pm.
